The Australian Curriculum promotes scientific understanding and has a fundamental focus on sustainability. The department offers a curriculum that challenges and extends students, endeavouring to best prepare them for the rigours of further studies, or for a career pathway in the Sciences.

We utilise our connections with the University of Western Australia, Curtin University of Technology, Murdoch University, the SCI-TECH Discovery Centre, TAFE and the CSIRO, among others, to provide an enriching and stimulating experience both inside and outside of the school with enhanced updated facilities. The school’s EaLS program is particularly geared to provide an academically challenging and stimulating experience for a number of students who are academically talented.
